das2 text - Convert stream to das2 text (utf-8) format

Psid.eq.id - The PSID of the packets to track, hex values preceeded by "0x" are allowed, defaults to "0x92".

Rti.ge.min - The minimum RTI to output, packets with RTIs below this value are droped, defaults to 0

Rti.lt.max - The manimum RTI to output, packets with RTIs at or above this value are droped, defaults to 40

Output will be application/vnd.das2.das2stream unless changed via format options
